1. Nature of the Service
Our services — such as consultancy, supplier matching, guidance, logistics support, and business mediation — are personalized and project-based.
Once delivered, these services cannot be refunded.
2. Cancellation Before Service Begins
If the service has not yet started, the client may cancel by submitting a written request (via email).
In such cases, any prepayment will be fully refunded as long as no preparatory work has been carried out.
3. After the Service Has Started
If the service has already begun (e.g., a quotation has been provided or contact with a supplier has been made), a partial refund may be issued based on the scope of the work completed.
No refunds are possible for fully completed services.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If the client is not satisfied with the service, a written complaint explaining the reason may be submitted.
SY Consultant is committed to offering alternative solutions where possible to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method within 7 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors.
